Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-157.2: Bids on insurance

Each of the above named departments shall cause the

advertisement for bids to be published once each week for two (2)

consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in and having general

circulation in Oklahoma County, prescribing the time and place at

which bids will be received. Said insurance contract shall be

awarded to the lowest and best bidder.
