Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-169.1: Motor carriers - Liability for loss, damage or injury to

goods or property.

Every motor carrier of household goods shall be liable for all

loss, damage or injury to goods or property due to any negligence

while the same is entrusted to it during operations as a household

goods carrier.
