Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-226.5: Validation of existing franchises

Where this section sits in the code

Any franchise which has heretofore been granted by any city or

town in this state for the operation of auto buses for the

transportation of passengers for hire within the corporate limits of

said city or town is hereby ratified, legalized and confirmed.
