Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-230.7: Discharge of hazardous material prohibited

No person shall intentionally discharge or cause to be

discharged the contents of any transport vehicle containing

hazardous material between the points of origin and the points of

billed destination, except as may be authorized by the Department or

a representative of the Department.
