Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-4-101: Exceptions from provisions of this chapter

This chapter does not apply to the following unless a title or

registration has been issued on such vehicles under this act:

1. A vehicle moved solely by animal power;

2. An implement of husbandry, except as provided in Section 4-

102 and 4-104 of this title;

3. Special mobilized machinery;

4. A self-propelled invalid wheel chair or tricycle.
