Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-422: Compliance with act required - License necessary

No person shall engage in business or use any motor vehicle in

this state as an itinerant merchant as defined and fixed in Section

1 of this act, without complying with this act and without obtaining

from the Commission or its agents the license required by this act.
