Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-433: Disposition of fees

All fees paid under Section 4(a) of this act to the Oklahoma Tax

Commission shall be paid to the State Treasurer and placed in the

General Revenue Fund of the state, and be paid out only by direct

appropriation of the Legislature.
