Okla. Stat. tit. 51, § 51-19: Successor to receive records, etc

Upon the death, resignation, suspension or removal from office

of any officer, or upon the expiration of his term, all public

monies, books, records, accounts, papers, documents and property of

other kind in his hands or held by him by virtue of his office,

shall be delivered to his successor.
