Okla. Stat. tit. 51, § 51-7: Place of office

Where this section sits in the code

It shall be unlawful for any officer elected or appointed under

the laws of the state to keep the books, papers, records, or other

public property used in his office, at any place other than that in

which he is required by law to keep said office.
