Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-1: Corporation Commission or Commission defined

As used in Title 52, the term "Corporation Commission" or

"Commission" shall mean the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma, or

any employee, agent, deputy or representative of the Commission as

shall be authorized by law or the Commission to perform any duty,

responsibility or function, or exercise any power, unless the intent

of the statute clearly prohibits such an authorization.
