Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-120: Powers - Grant of not to restrict general powers

Any grant of specific power or powers, and any imposition of any

specific duty or duties upon the Commission by the provisions of

this act shall not be construed to restrict or limit the general

powers granted and the general duties imposed upon the Commission

with respect to the enforcement of the provisions of this act.
