Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-143: Penalties

Any person, firm or corporation violating any rule, regulation

or order of the Commission authorized by this act shall be deemed

guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be punished by a

fine not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or exceeding Two

Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Each day such a violation

continues shall constitute a separate offense.
