Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-148: Court procedure

The exercise of the rights of eminent domain shall be in the

same manner and by like proceedings as provided for railroad

corporations of this state, and all costs, fees and awards shall be

paid by the person instituting such action, and title to the rights-

of-way easements shall be taken in the name of such person.
