Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-2: Foreign gas pipeline corporations - License

Foreign corporations formed for the purpose of, or engaged in

the business of transporting or transmitting natural gas by means of

pipe lines, shall be licensed and permitted to conduct such business

within this state by complying with the general corporation laws of

the State of Oklahoma, and with the provisions of this article.
