The "Interstate Compact to Conserve Oil and Gas" entered into by

the Governor of this state and the representatives of certain other

oil-producing states at Dallas, Texas, on the 16th day of February,

1935, is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed by the State of

Oklahoma.
