Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-257: Order granting emergency relief

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall issue an order

determining the merits of any application for emergency relief

relating to a conservation docket proceeding within thirty (30) days

from the filing of the application. In the event the Commission

issues an order granting emergency relief, the order shall be

effective for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days.
