Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-287.2: Power and authority of Commission

Subject to the limitations of this act the Corporation

Commission of the State of Oklahoma, hereinafter referred to as the

"Commission", is hereby vested with jurisdiction, power and

authority, and it shall be its duty to make and enforce such orders

and do such things as may be necessary or proper to carry out and

effectuate the purposes of this act.
