Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-312: Responsibility for future remedial work

Any person who plugs, replugs, or repairs a well in accordance

with an order of the Commission under this act shall not be held to

have assumed responsibility for future remedial work on said well or

be liable in damages or otherwise for conditions subsequently

arising from or in connection with said well.
