Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-316: Proceedings

Where this section sits in the code

All proceedings under this act including the filing of

applications, giving of notices, the conduct of hearings and other

action taken by the Commission, and appeals therefrom shall be in

the form and manner and in accordance with the procedure provided in

Sections 84 to 135, inclusive, Title 52 O.S. 1961, or any amendment

thereof.
