Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-476: Partial invalidity

Subject to the provisions to Section 4, hereof, if any part,

section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or word

contained in this act shall be held by the courts to be

unconstitutional or invalid, such holding shall not affect the

validity of the remaining portions of this act, and the Legislature

hereby declares that it would have been enacted, and does here now

enact, such remaining portions despite any such invalidity.
