Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-551: Definitions

As used in this act:

1. "Holder" means any person in possession of property subject

to this act, when said property belongs to another person; and

2. "Persons" means any individual, partnership, joint stock

association, trust, cooperative, unincorporated association or

corporation.
