Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-570.13: Promulgation of rules

The Corporation Commission shall promulgate rules, as needed, in

furtherance of the purposes of the Production Revenue Standards Act,

including but not limited to a schedule of equitable fees and

expense reimbursements from working interest owners sufficient to

cover the actual costs incurred by the operator to perform duties

required by the Production Revenue Standards Act not assumed by

private agreement.
