Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-7: Necessity of incorporation

No person, firm or association or corporation shall ever be

permitted to transmit or transport natural gas by pipelines in this

state or in this state construct or operate a pipeline for the

transmission of natural gas, except such persons, firms,

associations, or corporations be incorporated as in this article

provided, except as provided in the preceding section.
