Every operator in any prorated common source of supply shall,

when required by any rule, order, or regulation of the Commission,

keep books showing accurately (a) the amount of oil produced daily

from each lease or property operated by him or it and, if the

Commission shall order, from each well owned or operated by him or

it on each such lease or property, and (b) the amount of oil sold or

otherwise disposed of each day from each of his or its said

properties, and, when so required by the order of the Commission,

from each of his or its wells thereon and to whom the same is sold

and delivered. Said books and all documents and records made by any

such operator relating to the operation of his or its properties or

wells in any such prorated common source of supply shall at all

times be open for the inspection of the Commission or any officer,

agent or employee authorized and directed by the Commission by its

order to inspect or examine the same; and shall, upon the order of

the Commission or the request of any such authorized officer, agent

or employee be made immediately available for such inspection.
