Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-96: Verification of reports, statements, maps and drawings

When by an order, rule or regulation of the Commission made in

pursuance of this act, any report, statement, map or drawing duly

verified, is required to be filed with the Commission or any other

officer, by any firm, trust, association or corporation, such

report, statement, map or drawing shall be verified by (a) such

member, agent or employee of such firm, trust or association, and

(b) such officer or officers, agent or employee of such corporation

as shall be provided or required by order, rule or regulation of the

Commission.
