Okla. Stat. tit. 53, § 53-1.7: Accounts and reports

The Board of Directors shall keep a correct account of all funds

received and expenditures made by the Board of Directors in aid of

the Society and report annually to the Governor a detailed statement

of such receipts and expenditures.
