Okla. Stat. tit. 56, § 56-112: Supervision of treatment of patients

The board of county commissioners shall provide for and

supervise the treatment of said patients residing in the indigent

care facility in a manner provided by law and under such

restrictions as the board of county commissioners shall consider

most advantageous for the interests of their respective counties and

the welfare of the people therein.
