Okla. Stat. tit. 56, § 56-172: Assistance to incompetent to be paid to guardian

A grant of assistance to any recipient of Old-Age Assistance or

Aid to the Blind, found to be incompetent, may be paid to a guardian

appointed by a court of competent jurisdiction.
