Okla. Stat. tit. 56, § 56-230.57: Residency requirement

The Department of Human Services shall study the feasibility of

implementing a residency requirement, including a differential in

benefits for receipt of public assistance for persons who have

resided in this state for less than one (1) year on a continuous

basis.
