Okla. Stat. tit. 56, § 56-238.6: Administrative procedures - Use

The Department of Human Services may utilize any of the

administrative procedures set forth in this title to establish,

modify, or enforce a support order in all cases in which child

support services are being provided pursuant to the state child

support plan or state law.
