Okla. Stat. tit. 56, § 56-240.16: Court-ordered payment plan - Probationary continuation

of license.

When the obligor enters into a court-ordered payment plan to

repay any past due support pursuant to Section 240.15 of this title

and provides proof to the court that the obligor is complying with

all other provisions of the order for support, the OAH may place the

obligor on probation. Probation will allow the obligor to practice

or continue to practice his or her profession, occupation or

business or to operate a motor vehicle. Probation shall be

conditioned upon full compliance with the order. If the OAH grants

probation, the period shall not exceed three (3) years, and the

terms of probation shall provide for automatic suspension of the

license if the obligor does not fully comply with the order.
