Okla. Stat. tit. 56, § 56-242: Distribution of federally donated agricultural commodities

- Limitations.

There shall be no distribution of federally donated agricultural

commodities under the commodity distribution program to individuals

or households in a county participating in the food stamp program

except during emergency situations or as authorized by federal law

or the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture.
