Okla. Stat. tit. 56, § 56-27.7: Nature of work - Effect on regular workers

The work performed on a community work and training program by a

recipient of public assistance must serve a useful public purpose,

must not displace regular workers or result in the performance by

such persons of work that would otherwise be performed by employees

of public or private agencies, institutions or organizations except

in case of projects which are of emergency or are nonrecurring.
