Okla. Stat. tit. 56, § 56-97: Taxes - Levy

Where this section sits in the code

It shall be the duty of the officers charged by law with levying

taxes for county purposes to levy annually an amount sufficient to

pay the interest due each year on the bonds issued hereunder, and in

addition thereto levy an amount sufficient to pay the principal as

the same comes due.
