Okla. Stat. tit. 57, § 57-332.6: Administration of oaths

The Chairman and members of the Pardon and Parole Board and the

Executive Revocation Hearing Officers shall have the authority, and

are empowered, to administer oaths to witnesses appearing before the

Pardon and Parole Board at any meeting of said Board or any

executive parole revocation hearing.
