Okla. Stat. tit. 57, § 57-4: Jails to be kept clean - Care of prisoners

The person responsible for administration of a jail shall see

that the jail is constantly kept in a clean and healthful condition,

and shall see that strict attention is constantly paid to the

personal cleanliness of all the prisoners in his custody.
