Okla. Stat. tit. 57, § 57-543: Work release centers - Establishment and operation

The Department of Corrections, if authorized by the Legislature,

may establish and operate work release centers or community

treatment centers, under appropriate statutory authority, and in

accordance with rules and regulations as promulgated by the Board of

Corrections.
