Okla. Stat. tit. 57, § 57-582.4: Verification of numeric risk level by Department

Upon receipt of notice pursuant to the provisions of Section 24

of this act, that a person subject to registration is to be released

from a correctional institution, has been placed on any form of

probation or parole, or intends to move to a new residence in this

state, the Department of Corrections shall verify the numeric risk

level assigned to the person.
