Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1000.27: Attorney General - Legal advisor - Discharge of

duties.

The Attorney General shall be the legal advisor for the Oklahoma

Uniform Building Code Commission; and the Oklahoma Uniform Building

Code Commission Chief Executive Officer and shall appear for and

represent the Commission, the Chief Executive Officer and any

deputies or agents in any and all litigation that may arise in the

discharge of their respective duties.
