Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1101: Short title - Declaration

A. Sections 275 through 289 of this act shall be known and may

be cited as the "Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operator

Certification Act".

B. The Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operator Certification

Act is declared to be necessary to safeguard life, health, and

property, and to protect the waters of this state.
