Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1150.3: Promulgation of rules

The State Board of Health in conjunction with the Sanitarian and

Environmental Specialist Registration Advisory Council is hereby

authorized to promulgate rules governing the examination and

registration of sanitarians and environmental specialists, and the

defining of categories and limitations for such registration and

providing continuing education requirements for the renewal of

registration.
