Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1304: Expiration date

Each bail bondsman license issued shall expire biennially at

12:00 o'clock midnight on the last day of the birth month of the

bondsman, unless revoked or suspended prior thereto by the Insurance

Commissioner.
