Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1363.1: Reciprocity agreements

The Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists may enter

into and implement agreements with other jurisdictions for the

issuance of a license by reciprocity if the other jurisdiction's

requirements for licensure are substantially equal to the

requirements of the Psychologists Licensing Act.
