Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1375: Annual reports

The Board shall make an annual report to the Governor, not later

than the 15th day of November of each year, which report shall

contain an account of all monies received, licenses issued,

suspended, or revoked and all expenditures made by said Board in the

previous fiscal year prior to said date.
