Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1466: Change of business location

Notice in writing shall be given to the Council by the licensed

examiner of any change of principal business location within thirty

(30) days of the time he changes location. A change of business

location without notification to the Council shall automatically

suspend the license theretofore issued.
