Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1613: Rules

In addition to the powers and duties granted to the Board of

Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology by other

provisions of the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing

Act, the Board shall promulgate rules, not inconsistent with the

Constitution and laws of this state, that are reasonably necessary

to the conduct of its duties and proceedings.
