Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1641: Construction of act

Nothing in this act shall be construed to affect or modify any

unexpired welder certification issued prior to the adoption hereof.

Holders of unexpired welder certifications issued by the

Commissioner of Labor shall be entitled to renew said certificates

as herein provided.
