Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1729: Fees

After consultation with the Committee, the Board shall set the

fees imposed by the provisions of the Licensed Dietitian Act in

amounts that are adequate to collect sufficient revenue to meet the

expenses necessary to perform their duties without accumulating an

unnecessary surplus.
