Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1732: Issuance of license - Duties of licensee - Surrender of

license.

A. A person who meets the licensing qualifications is entitled

to receive a license certificate as a licensed dietitian.

B. The licensee shall:

1. display the license certificate in an appropriate and public

manner; and

2. keep the Board informed of his or her current address.

C. A license certificate issued by the Board is the property of

the Board and must be surrendered on demand.
