Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1750.4a: License required - Armed Security Guard

On and after July 1, 1988, no person may be employed or operate

as an armed security guard until a license therefor has been issued

by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training pursuant to

the Oklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act.
